Complaints Procedure

Please note the objective of E2MAFS Ltd is to acknowledge and deal with the complaint within a 14 day period. 

If any complaint is received verbally, or by mail, it will be noted in the message book/time and date and a file will be established immediately, and written acknowledgement will be sent to the complainant.
